Elizabeth Culp Horsley, daughter of Erik Horsley of Kauai, Hawaii, and Jan Culp of Seattle, was married to Clayton Samuel Fielding Massa, son of Peter and Laurie Massa of rural Washington County, on July 24 at the Yacht Club on Lake Union, Seattle.

The bride holds a master of science degree in law and public policy from American University, Washington, D.C. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Blair High School and holds a master of arts degree in international affairs from American University.

The couple took a wedding trip to western Europe and will settle in Arlington County, Va.
